Notice of 29th Annual General Meeting of Indo Cotspin Limited scheduled to be held on Thursday August 17, 2023 at 01:00 P>.M. through Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Pursuant to Regulation 42 and all other applicable regulations of the SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015, we wish to inform you that register of members and Share Transfer books of the company will remain close from 11th August 2023 to 17th August 2023(both days inclusive) for the purpose of 29th Annual General Meeting. Pursuant to Regulation 42 and all other applicable regulations of the SEBI( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Register of members and Share Transfer Books of the company will remain closed from 11th August 2023 to 17th August 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 29th Annual General Meeting. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 04.08.2023) With reference to the above mentioned subject please find below Proceedings of AGM.
