Please find enclosed herewith copies of newspaper advertisement published today i.e August 5, 2023 in Mint (English) & Rashtriya Sahara (Hindi) regarding completion of dispatch of Notice of 28th AGM including e-Voting information and Integrated Annual Report for FY 2022-23 through electronic mode. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 05.08.2023) Please find attached outcome of 28th AGM of the Company alongwith voting results.
