On February 2, 1995, the Company got converted into Public Limited Company and the name was changed to Manjeera Constructions Limited.
Manjeera Constructions is engaged in the business of Property Development, Civil Construction Contracts, Infrastructure Projects Development and Windmill Energy Production.The company made their maiden public issue of 20,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at par in September 1996. In March 22, 2007, the company incorporated a subsidiary company, namely Manjeera Retail Holdings Pvt Ltd. In 2011, the Company completed Manjeera Diamond Towers Apartments - Phase I - G, H, I, J Blocks in Gopanpally, Gacchibowli; Manjeera Smart Homes Apartments and Manjeera Smart Homes Villas in Quthbullapur and Manjeera Majestic Commercial in Kukatpally.
In 2011-12, it launched Project Antarvahini. It completed Manjeera Trinity Homes, in Kukatpally.Project Antaryami was launched in 2014. It completed Manjeera Trinity Mall in Kukatpally, completed Housing Projects on turnkey basis from CGEWHO in Bhubaneswar.
Completed Manjeera Trinity Corporate in Kukatpally; Manjeera Diamond Towers Apartments - Phase II - A, B, C, D, E, F, L, K Blocks in Gopanpally - Gachibowli in 2015. In 2021-22, the Company completed Manjeera Mall, Manjeera Sarovar Premier Hotel, Manjeera International Convention Centre, Manjeera Purple Town Villas, Manjeera Monarch in Vijayawada, Kolanukonda Residential Project in Vijayawada and Bangalore Residential Project.In 2024, the Company launched project at Ongole (Villas / Apartments), Newyork by 8 Manjeera Constructions Ltd Manjeera at Allalasandra near Yelahanka in Bangalore City; it acquired land of 2.92 acres in Khanamet, Near Hitech City and in Ameenpur through online auction conducted by Telangana State Government.The Company is under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 in terms of order passed by the Honble National Company law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai with effect from July 18, 2023.
