Milton Industries Limited was originally incorporated on August 23, 1985 as Milton Laminates Private Limited. Further the company was converted into Public Limited Company and consequently name of company was changed to Milton Laminates Limited on March 31, 1997. Later, the name of the Company was changed to Milton Industries Limited on April 3, 2007. Milton Industries was originally promoted by Mr. Vijay Pal Jain, Mr. Kantibhai Patel, Mr. Fatehchand who were the initial subscribers to the Companys Memorandum and Articles of Association in the year 1985. Presently Mr. Vijay Pal Jain, Mr. Ajay Mahipal Singh Jain, Mr. Abhaykumar Mahipalsingh. Mr. Vikas Jain and Mr. Saket Jain are Promoters of the Company.In the year 2009, Milton Industries was amalgamated with Valley Valvette Private Limited vide order dated August 28, 2009 by Honble High Court of Gujarat. The Scheme came into effect from September 25, 2009 and pursuant thereto all assets, estates, title, interests, authorities, debts, outstanding, credit, liabilities, have been transferred to and vested in the Company retrospectively with effect from April 01, 2008 and in return the shares of Milton Industries Limited was issued to shareholders of transferor company.Milton Industries is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company and engaged in manufacturing of Laminates, Artificial Leather cloth and Glass Fibre Reinforced Epoxy (GFRE) Sheets in the state of Gujarat.
