Intimation of Record Date of 40th AGM to be held on 17th August, 2023 Corrigendum to the Annual Report for Financial Year 2022-2023 submitted to the stock exchange on 25th July, 2023 along with the Notice of the 40th AGM scheduled to be held on Thursday 17th August, 2023 at 12.00 PM. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 28.07.2023)
