This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, please take note that the Register of members and share transfer books shall remain closed from September 24, 2023 to September 30, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of annual book closing and the Company has fixed September 23, 2023 as the Record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to cast their vote electronically at the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Saturday, 30th day of September, 2023. We request you to kindly take the aforesaid information on record for dissemination through your website. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 201, we hereby intimate that the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the company was held today i.e. Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 12.00 P.M. through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). In this regard, please find enclosed summary of proceedings as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 30.09.2023)
