Seasons Textiles Limited (STL) is a widely held flagship company of the Seasons Group having more than 9000 shareholders and presently its shares are listed on BSE and CSE. STL was established in 1986. STL is one of the Pioneer Company in India to manufacture furnishing fabrics in organized sector.

At present the Company is engaged in manufacture of furnishing fabric, export and trading in furnishing fabric and made-ups. To ensure interna onal quality standards the Company is using the latest technology. The Company exports its products to the United States, Europe, UK, South Africa, Germany, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, Singapore, the Philippines, and Malaysia.

The Company came up with its Initial Public Offer in 1993. Seasons mills are located in Sonepat, a highly integrated textile park a few hours drive from Delhi. Systematic coordination among various departments makes the production at Seasons highly efficient and well controlled.

The Company has always worn the crown of being a trendsetter in the house of furnishings that has redefined elegance with the perfect amalgamation of class and ethnicity.During the year 2019-20, the Company developed about 6 00 Designs in its own Design Studio for its customers. Products at S9Home also include high quality technical and commercial fabrics such as fire repellent, high strength, anti-bacterial, outdoor, Stain and soil repellent, quality and finishes.During the year 2022, the Company operated an In House Design Studio built with a talented team of designers to attract the customers having the latest trends.In 2026, Company has developed about 600 Designs in its own Design Studio for its customers.
