The company has received approval from Singapore Trade Development Board for setting up of the representative office of the Company in Singapore.In order to become large and totally integrated IT Service Company, the Company has acquired 100% stake of SoftSol Resources Inc, USA subsequent to the approval of Foreign Investment Promotion Board and Reserve Bank of India at a consideration of US$ 19 Millions.

Pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement for Demerger implemented between the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, Covance SoftSol Limited in FY 2024-25, the Software Business Undertaking of the Company had demerged into Covance Softsol Limited as a going concern basis w.e.f. April 01, 2023, making the said Scheme of Demerger effective from September 27, 2024. Post the Demerger, the Companys business activities are now focused on real estate and related operations.
