Pursuant to Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith a copy of the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 06/06/2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith a copy of the notice published in English and vernacular language (Marathi) newspaper on 07th June, 2023 in both English and Regional Language, The Free Press Journal (Mumbai Edition) - English and Nav Shakti (Mumbai edition) - Marathi, informing the members that the 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Saturday, the 01st July, 2023 through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith a copy of the notice published in English and vernacular language (Gujarati) newspaper on 07th June, 2023 in both English and Regional Language, Financial Express - English edition and Financial Express - Gujarati edition, informing the members that the 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Saturday, the 01st July, 2023 through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 08/06/2023) We would like to inform that the 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company was held on 01st July, 2023 through Video Conferencing(VC)/Other Audio-Visual means (OAVM).
