Swastik Pipes Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company in the name Swastik Pipes Private Limited on October 10, 1973. Further, Company converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to a Shareholders Resolution held on August 16, 2002 & name of the Company was changed to Swastik Pipes Limited consequent upon conversion dated April 3, 2013. The Company is presently engaged in Manufacturing of ERW Black Pipe, Galvanized Steel Tubes, Cold Rolled Strips, S.T. Poles, Solar Mounting Structures, etc. The Company has two technically competent plants located at Bahadurgarh, Haryana and at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh,both units having an installed capacity, aggregating of 2,01,250 MT. It is a manufacturer, exporter and supplier of steel pipes and tubes to various heavy engineering industries in India and abroad. It brings in latest modern manufacturing technology such as automatic temperature control of voltage stabilizing and other electrical parameters so that no fluctuation of heat/voltage/current takes place irrespective of the speed/thickness, yeilding uniform bead inside the pipe and no friction loss.
