(IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed for AGM from Saturday, 8th July, 2023 to Friday, 14th July, 2023 (both days inclusive). We are enclosing herewith the copies of the newspaper publications made on 10th June, 2023 in Financial Express (English - All Editions) and in Aajkal (Bengali - Kolkata Edition), in relation to the 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Friday, 14th July, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. (IST) through VC/OAVM.
