Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd. announced a new project order on Friday, October 11, 2024. The contract, valued at approximately ₹1,095 Crore (excluding GST and labor cess), was awarded by DLF City Centre.
The project involves civil and composite steel structural works, including rough finishing for Blocks 5, 6, and 7 at Downtown, Phase-2, Sector-25A, Gurugram. The company aims to complete the project within a 21-month timeframe.
Earlier, on August 28, Ahluwalia Contracts secured a ₹350.3 Crore contract from Bharat Aluminium Company (BALCO).
The BALCO project includes the design and construction of 756 2 BHK apartments in Chhattisgarh on an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) basis.
In July, the company received another significant contract worth ₹893.48 Crore from the Airports Authority of India.
This earlier project involved building a new terminal and associated works at an airport under the EPC model. With these recent contract wins, Ahluwalia Contracts is strengthening its position in India’s civil construction sector.
