The project is divided into two tracks: Track 1 focuses on operations and maintenance of the existing cameras for six years, while Track 2 covers the implementation of new infrastructure within 12 months, followed by five years of operations and maintenance.
Key features include AI-powered video analytics, automatic number plate recognition (ANPR), vehicle over-speed detection (VDS), facial recognition (FRS), drones, and mobile surveillance vans.

Additional viewing facilities will be established in various police stations and key government offices for better surveillance.
