Lemon Tree Hotels has announced a new property in Kalaburagi, Karnataka, through a license agreement with its subsidiary, Carnation Hotels Private Ltd. The hotel, set to open by FY27, will feature 72 rooms along with various amenities, including a restaurant, bar, banquet hall, meeting room, swimming pool, fitness center, and spa.
Kalaburagi, known for its rich history and landmarks like Gulbarga Fort and Khwaja Bande Nawaz Dargah, is a popular tourist destination. The hotel will be conveniently located 14 km from Kalaburagi Airport and 6 km from the railway station, with easy access to public and private transport.
