NBCC Secures ₹182.5 Crore Orders, Announces Bonus Share Issue

NBCC Ltd. won orders totaling ₹182.5 Crore on Monday. At the time of writing on September 02, 2024 at 3:56 pm, shares of NBCC closed at ₹187 which is a 0.42% gain than the previous close. NBCC Ltd stock has gained a total of 234% in the last one year, and almost 128% gain since the beginning of the year.

The largest contract, valued at ₹180 Crore, is with Oil India Ltd. and includes:

• Construction of two multi-story residential buildings (G+6) at the Oil Pipeline Headquarters in Guwahati.
• Development of an office building and a recreation center with an auditorium equipped with state-of-the-art features.

NBCC also received a ₹2.5 Crore contract from the Indian Statistical Institute (ISI) Delhi Centre for rehabilitation of the Platinum Jubilee Hostel in New Delhi.

The board has approved a bonus share issuance of one bonus share for every two shares held as of the record date.

The record date for the bonus issue is October 7, 2024. This is the first bonus issue since 2017. The company has not updated its current order book after these new contracts.
