Solar Industries India Ltd and its subsidiary have bagged orders of ₹2,039 crore for exporting defense products to overseas customers. The four-year order was announced by the company on December 2, 2024. The defense products included in the order are advanced in nature. The company has not shared specific details about this order.
In November, the company also bagged an export order worth ₹399.4 crore from an overseas client, to be supplied within three years. This is a significant milestone for Solar Industries in its globalising of the defence business. The company hasn’t specified any further details about its total order book.
