Adani Enterprises announced that its wholly owned subsidiary AMG Media Networks AMNL has acquired 100Percentage equity stake in VCPL in accordance with the terms contemplated under the purchase agreement dated 23 August 2022 executed between AMNL Nextwave Televentures NTPL Eminent Networks ENPL collectively with NTPL as Sellers and VCPL The acquisition cost would be at an Enterprise Value of Rs 11374 crore
