Adani Enterprises announced that Adani Wilmar AWL filed the red herring prospectus with Registrar of Companies RoC Gujarat on 19 January 2022 and it has been approved by by RoC on 20 January 2022 The issue comprises of a fresh issue of new equity shares of face value of Rs 1 by AWL for an amount up to Rs 3600 crore including reservation for certain eligible employees of AWL and its subsidiaries eligible employees of AEL and for certain eligible AEL shareholders as on the date of the RHP and as detailed in such RHP The issue will open for public on 27 January 2022 and close on 31 January 2022
