AIA Engineering has evaluated the impact of the ongoing Russia-Ukraine Conflict on its Business Performance and Financials both qualitatively and quantitatively to the extent possible The Company finds that there will be no material impact of the aforesaid Conflict on its Exports since on an annual basis the companys sales to this region are only around 2Percentage of its total Export Sales Likewise there is no material exposure concerning its raw material or other procurement linked supply chains
