Awfis, a flexible workspace provider, has agreed to design, construct, and oversee the National Stock Exchange’s (NSE) 165,000 square foot facility at Adani Inspire in Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai.
“Awfis was the first flex space provider to be listed on the NSE a few months ago, and we are pleased to welcome the NSE as a client today. With scalable solutions that support both short-term growth and long-term strategic goals, Awfis is well-positioned to satisfy the growing need for flex spaces throughout India, according to Amit Ramani, Chairman and Managing Director of Awfis Space Solutions.
The 10-story commercial building known as Adani Inspire is connected to the Bandra suburban station and the Underground Metro’s Aqua Line. With this new agreement, Awfis, which already runs a coworking space in the building, adds two more locations to its footprint.
Rounak Real Estate Consultants, an advising firm with an integrated prime residential, commercial, and industrial offering, helped to facilitate this transaction.
Awfis is the biggest coworking network in India and one of the first platforms for workspace solutions to be publicly listed. It spans 18 cities with 205 centres and more than 1.3 lakh seats.
