Bandhan Bank has allotted 9766 equity shares under ESOP on 20 July 2022 Post allotment the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Bank stands increased from Rs 16107862710 comprising of 1610786271 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up to Rs 16107960370 comprising of 1610796037 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up
