Board of BASF approves change in managing director

The Board of BASF India at its meeting held on 22 November 2022 has approved resignation of Narayan Krishnamohan as the Managing Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 31 December 2022 The Board has appointed Alexander Gerding as the Managing Director of the Company for a term of 5 years effective 1 January 2023 subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company and such other approvals as may be required
