The Board of MTAR Technologies at its meeting held on 10 May 2022 has approved the acquisition of Gee Pee Aerospace and Defence located at Plot nos 75 and 81 Phase-III Pashamailaram Mandal Patancheru Hyderabad Medak Telangana – 502307 for Rs 882 Crores as consideration subject to termsand conditions as per the Share Purchase Agreement
