The Board of Olectra Greentech will meet on 01 September 2022 to consider and evaluate the proposals for fund raising by way of issue of equity shares convertible securitieswarrants any other securities or combination thereof through public and or private offerings including preferential issue qualified institutional placement or combination thereof or any other permissible methods subject to approval from the shareholders and sanctionsapprovals from the other regulatory governmental authorities as may be required
