Board of Reliance Power to consider fund raising options

The Board of Reliance Power will meet on 08 September 2022 o consider and approve raising of long term resources from domestic andor global markets inter alia by issue of equity shares equity linked securities warrants convertible into equity shares by way of preferential issue FCCB or any other method including determination of issue price if any and seeking members and other approvals including regulatorystatutory approvals as may be required
