Further to NSE and BSE letter dated 02.04.2019 vide Ref No.: NSE/CML/2019/11 and BSE LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 respectively, we wish to inform you that in terms of the Company???s Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from October 1, 2022 till 48 hours after the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2022 are approved by the Board of Directors and filed with Stock Exchanges.The date of meeting of the Board to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2022 will be informed in due course.
