DCW has allotted 1666666 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each at a conversion price of Rs 18 per share including premium of Rs 16 each on conversion of 300 Optionally Convertible Debentures Consequent upon allotment of the above shares the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 555394074 – consisting of 277697037 equity shares of Rs 2 each to Rs 558727406 – consisting of 279363703 equity shares of Rs 2 – each
