Leading contract maker Dixon Technologies (India) Ltd announced on Monday (September 9) that its wholly owned subsidiary Padget Electronics Private Ltd has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with HP India Sales Private Limited.
According to Dixon Technologies’ regulatory filing, Padget will produce notebooks, desktops, and all-in-one PCs for HP under this agreement, subject to the signing of formal agreements in due course.
HP is a global leader in personal computing, imaging, and printing products, as well as related technology solutions and services.

Ipsita Dasgupta, Managing Director of HP India, stated, We are delighted to announce HP’s collaboration with Dixon Technologies to manufacture HP products under the Production Linked Incentive scheme (PLI 2.0). Today’s announcement confirms HP’s commitment and pride in participating in the government’s Make in India initiative.
At around 11.41 AM, Dixon Technologies was trading 0.59% higher at ₹12,474.35 per piece, against the previous close of ₹12,401.45 on NSE. The counter touched an intraday high and low of ₹12,675, and ₹12,425.10, respectively.
