This is to inform you, that in terms of Company???s code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the ???Trading Window??? for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from 13th September, 2022 to 23rd September, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 67th Annual General Meeting to be held on 20th September, 2022.Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall further remain closed from Saturday, 1st October, 2022 and until 3 days from the conclusion of Board Meeting which will be held for the consideration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2022 (both days inclusive).Kindly take the same on record.
