General Insurance Corporation of India has informed the Exchange about appointment of Madhulika Bhaskar as Executive Director of the company w.e.f. 31-Oct-2022.Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Reg. 2015, we wish to inform that the Ministry of Finance vide Letter F. No. A-11011/03/2022-Ins.I dated 31.10.2022 has conveyed that the Central Government in exercise of its powers under Article No. 76(ii) of the Articles of Association of the Corporation has appointed: Ms. Madhulika Bhaskar currently General Manager of the Corporation as General Manager and Director on the Board of the Corporation w.e.f the date of assumption of office & upto the date of attaining the age of superannuation (i.e. 30.06.2023), or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Further, the actual date of assumption of office of Director will be intimated in due course, alongwith her brief profile.
