Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with para A of Schedule III and Regulations 46(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the A M Best has re-affirmed the ratings assigned to General Insurance Corporation of India (GIC Re) and further revised the outlook of Long-Term issuer Rating to Negative from Stable.
