Genus Power Infrastructures has allotted 4348 equity shares under ESOS on 28 January 2022 After the aforesaid allotments of equity shares the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 257512762 comprising of the 257512762 equity shares of Re1 each
