Godrej Properties sells 650 units for Rs 2,000 crore in its Noida project

Godrej Properties, the Godrej Group’s real estate development business, stated that the company has sold 650 units in its Godrej Jardinia project in Sector 146, Noida, for more than ₹2,000 Crore.

Launched in May 2024, this is Godrej Properties’ most successful launch in Noida in terms of sales value.

This is the fourth launch with sales of ₹2000 Crore in NCR in the last four quarters.

Sector 146 is said to be a popular upcoming residential corridor in Noida. The area is well connected to the upcoming Jewar Airport, the metro station, the Noida-Greater Noida Motorway, and the Yamuna Motorway.

“Noida is a crucial market for Godrej Properties, and we will look forward to bolster our presence in the city in the years ahead,” said Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO of Godrej Properties.

In April, the business sold over 1050 apartments worth more than ₹3,000 Crore at its Godrej Zenith project in Sector 89, Gurugram. The business previously sold homes for more than ₹2,600 Crore in its Godrej Aristocrat project, which is located in Sector 49 on Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram.

Godrej Zenith is GPL’s biggest residential project in Gurugram. In FY24, the company’s sales in Gurugram increased by 473% year on year, and it has a robust launch pipeline for FY25, with new project launches in Sectors 103, 43, and 54.

The land parcel would have 1.4 million square feet of development potential and an anticipated revenue potential of ₹3,000 Crore, with premium residential flats in various configurations. This will be Godrej Properties’ sixth project in Noida.
