IIFL Wealth Management allots 19511 equity shares under ESOS

IIFL Wealth Management has allotted 19511 equity shares under ESOS on 21 April 2022 Consequent to the aforesaid allotment the issued subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from 177415606 comprising of 88707803 equity shares of Rs 2 each to Rs 177454628 comprising of 88727314 equity shares of Rs 2 each
