IRCTC emerges as successful bidder in Rs229.11 crore e-auction for commercial built-up space

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has emerged as the successful bidder in the e-auction held on September 9, 2022, for unit no. D-200 & D-300 in Tower-D at WTC Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi.

IRCTC is requested to deposit the 2nd installment payment within 72 hours of the close of the e-auction.

The company was asked to deposit 10% of the highest bid price.

The property has a super built-up area of 61,654 sq. ft. As per the details, the highest bid price is Rs37,161 per sq. ft.

Therefore, the basic cost of the unit as per the highest bid price is Rs229.11 crore.

At around 9.20 AM, IRCTC was trading at Rs712.30 up by or 0.8% from its previous closing of Rs706.65 on the BSE.
