ITC Limited - Outcome of Board Meeting

ITC Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Board meeting held on February 03, 2022. Further to our letter dated 20th January, 2022, we enclose, in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the following, as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting held today i.e. 3rd February, 2022: (i) Unaudited Financial Results of the Company, both Standalone and Consolidated, for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2021; (ii) Unaudited Segment-wise Revenue, Results, Assets and Liabilities of the Company, both Standalone and Consolidated, for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2021; (iii) Limited Review Reports from the Statutory Auditors, Messrs. S R B C & CO LLP, on the aforesaid Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results.
