Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Board meeting held on February 01, 2022. This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited has in its meeting held today i.e. on Tuesday, 1st February, 2022, inter alia considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2021 ( Unaudited Financial Results ). The Board Meeting commenced at 10.30 a.m. and concluded at 2.05 p.m. A press release on the Unaudited Financial Results is also enclosed herewith. We wish to inform you that Note No. 4 of the Unaudited Financial Results and the Press Release, as attached, provide further update on impact of COVID-19 pandemic on the Company.
