Lemon Tree Hotel inks pact for 54-room property in Udaipur

Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd announced Monday (October 7) the signing of its newest property, Lemon Tree Hotel, Udaipur, which will open in fiscal year 2027.

This property will be operated by Carnation Hotels Private Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd. Lemon Tree Hotel in Udaipur will have 54 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a meeting space, a swimming pool, and a fitness centre.

Udaipur is known for its beautiful sunsets, extensive handicrafts, and genuine Rajasthani food. The Maharana Pratap Airport is around 18 kilometres away, while the Udaipur City Railway Station is 9 kilometres from the property.

Lemon Tree Hotels announced in August of this year that it had secured an agreement for a new hotel in Ayodhya. The Lemon Tree Hotel, Civil Lines, Ayodhya, is scheduled to launch in FY28 and will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd. 

“We’d like to tell you that the Company has signed a License Agreement with Lemon Tree Hotel, Civil Lines, Ayodhya. The facility will be operated by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a completely owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, and is scheduled to open in fiscal year 2028,” the business stated.

The hotel will have 80 rooms, a restaurant, a rooftop lounge bar, a swimming pool, a fitness facility, banquet spaces, and other common facilities.

At around 2.13 PM, Lemon Tree Hotels was trading 0.27% higher at ₹114.34, against the previous close of ₹114.03 on NSE. The counter touched an intraday high and low of ₹115.88, and ₹112.29, respectively.
