Metropolis Healthcare has allotted 1626 equity shares of Rs 2 each under Metropolis Restrictive Stock Unit Plan 2020 Consequent upon the allotment of the aforesaid shares the paid-up equity share capital of the company shall stand increased from Rs 102340986 consisting of 51170493 equity shares of Rs 2 each to Rs 102344238 consisting of 51172119 equity shares of Rs 2 each
