In line with the corporate disclosure requirement under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we wish to inform that :In pursuance of Article 41 of the Articles of Association of NTPC Limited, Ministry of Power has, vide its Order No. 8/7/2021-Th.1 dated 15th July, 2022, conveyed approval of the Competent Authority for appointment of Shri Jaikumar Srinivasan, Director (Finance), NLC India Limited to the post of Director (Finance), NTPC Limited w.e.f. the date of his assumption of charge of the post till the date of his superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Shri Jaikumar Srinivasan (DIN: 01220828) has taken charge as Director (Finance), NTPC on 21st July, 2022.Kindly go through the attached letter for further details.
