PG Electroplast on 03 May 2022 has entered into an Amendment Agreement with Solarstream Renewable Services Target Company to additionally acquire 51Percentage equity of the Target Company aggregating to 152Percentage equity for solar power generated at the Solar Power Plant to meet the electricity requirement for the Companys manufacturing plants located at Greater Naida Uttar Pradesh in terms of the Indian Electricity Act 2013
