Power Grid Corporation of India POWERGRID has transferred balance 26Percentage equity shareholding of POWERGRID Vizag Transmission PVTL to PGlnvlT on 31 March 2022 at a consideration of Rs 33078 crore after adjustments of dividend received by POWERGRID from PVTL With this POWERGRID has Nil shareholding in PVTL; and POWERGRID has relinquished its right on additional revenue accruing to POWERGRID Parli Transmission POWERGRID Warora Transmission and POWERGRID Jabalpur Transmission to PGlnvlT on 31 March 2022 against aggregate consideration of Rs30415 crore
