Rajshree Polypack Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Board meeting held on February 14, 2022. In compliance with Regulation 30 and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please take note that Board of Directors ( Board ) of the Company at its meeting held on Monday, February 14, 2022, inter alia, considered and approved the un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021 ( Financial Results ) along with the Limited Review Report issued by M/s. MSKA & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company ( Auditors ). The Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report issued and duly signed by the Auditors of the Company are attached herewith as Annexure I. The Board Meeting of the Company commenced at 02.37 pm and concluded at 03.30 pm. Kindly take the same on record and oblige.
