Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited has informed the Exchange about cessation of Satendra Singh as Nominee Director of the company w.e.f. 19-Oct-2022In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we hereby intimate that Shri. Satendra Singh (DIN: 05195060), Government Nominee Director is understood to have been relieved from Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Department of Fertilizers. Hence, he would cease to be Director of the Company with effect from October 19 ,2022. A communication from Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Department of Fertilizers is awaited in this regards
