RBL Bank allots 2250 equity shares under ESOP

RBL Bank has allotted 2250 equity shares under ESOP Consequent to the above allotment the paid up share capital of the Bank has increased from 599499893 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 5994998930 to 599502143 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 5995021430
