RITES Limited has informed the Exchange about Notice of Postal Ballot Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith Postal Ballot Notice being sent to theMembers of the Company.In compliance with the circulars of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the said Postal Ballot Notice is being sent electronically only to those Members, whose names appear in the Register of Members/ list of beneficial owners as received from National Securities Depository Limited (???NSDL???)/ Central Depository Services (India) Limited (???CDSL???) through Link Intime India Private Limited (???LIIPL???) and who have registered their e-mail addresses in respect of electronic holdings with NSDL/CDSL through the concerned Depository Participants and in respect of physical holdings with the Company???s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent viz. LIIPL as on Monday, May 09, 2022 (cut-off date).
