Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the trading in equity shares of Rohit Ferro-Tech Limited (ISIN: INE248H01012) shall be suspended w.e.f. April 7, 2022, pursuant to approval of the resolution plan by the Hon???ble NCLT Kolkata, that existing equity shares of the Company shall stand delisted (at no exit price to existing equity shareholders) without any further act and deed, from the effective date of the Resolution Plan. Further, in terms of the Resolution Plan, the entire existing paid-up equity share capital of the Company will stand extinguished.
