Accordingly, the date for closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company has also been revised from Friday, 23rd September, 2022 to Thursday the 29th September, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of holding AGM and the payment of final dividend, if approved at the said AGM.
