State Bank of India to raise Rs 10,000 crore through infrastructure bonds

State Bank of India has informed  the exchanges regarding a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Central Board of the Bank scheduled to be held on Tuesday January 03, 2023 to consider fund raising proposal.

As per the filing, the Board meeting will be held to seek approval for raising of Infrastructure Bonds up to an amount of Rs 10,000 crore through a public issue or private placement, during FY23, the bank said in a statement.

On Friday, at around 10:06 AM, State Bank of India was trading at Rs 616.45 per share higher by 0.68% as against previous closing price of Rs 612.30 per share on the BSE.
