Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and further clarification issued by the Stock Exchanges in this regard, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for trading in Equity Shares of the Company will remain close from Saturday, October 1, 2022 till end of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ending September 30, 2022. During the closure of Trading Window, insiders have been advised not to deal in Equity Shares of the Company.The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ending September 30, 2022 will be intimated in due course.Further, please note that the Company is following 1st January to 31st December as its Financial Year in terms of Section 2(41) of the Companies Act, 2013 as approved by the Company Law Board.
